Experience maintaining industrial machinery and CNC equipment. 

 Working knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. 

Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. 

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. 

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

 Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and production continuity. 

•Bilingual in English and Spanish. 

Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to assembly personnel. 

Monitor team performance and ensure that production, quality, and safety goals are met. 

Ensure that production lines have the materials needed to maintain continuous operations. 

Prepare and distribute work orders, assembly instructions, labels, and other required documentation. 

Identify and promptly communicate issues related to materials, equipment, quality, or personnel. 

Provide employees with support and guidance to ensure that processes are performed correctly. 

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
