Knowledge of Mexican tax legislation (LISR, LIVA) and SAT requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.

Advanced English level.

5–8 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree completed.

2–4 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and development.

Experience preparing and managing RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, as well as analyzing and comparing quotations.

Experience negotiating pricing, payment terms, and lead times.

Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.

Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Advanced English proficiency.

3–5 years of experience in Engineering or similar roles.

Experience in Labor Efficiency analysis.

Knowledge of Capacity & Productivity Analysis.

Experience with manufacturing routings.

Strong data analysis skills.
